Stay an extra hour Tuesday and/or Thursday PM
5.30pm-7.30pm
1st Hour Challenge as normal.
2nd hour Cardio Kickboxing [all over body workout].
OR
Stay an extra 30mins Monday and/or Wednesday AM
5.30am-7am
1st 30mins Running
2nd 30mins Strength
3rd 30mins Kickboxing
