MORNINGS-

MON & WED* 5.30am-6.30am OR 6-7am,

THURS & FRI 5.30am-6.30am

 

EVENINGS-

TUES & THURS* 5.30pm-6.30pm OR TUES & THURS* 6pm-7pm

 

*These sessions are not separate sessions at the same time.

You have the option to start these days at either time or to do the full 1 ½ Challenge session=1*Fit Fanatix session.

 

 

From as little as $13.50/week for 1 session[1 hour]


MORNINGS

 

MON & WED 5.30am - 6.30am:

 

Running [Sprints & Interval training] & Body weight OR Dumbbell Strength/Core conditioning

 

MON & WED 6am - 7am:

 

Body weight OR Dumbbell Strength/Core conditioning [2nd half of 1st hour] & Kick Boxing

 

THUR 5.30am - 6.30am: 

 

Various dumbbell exercises to strengthen & lengthen the whole body interspersed with short runs/stairs!

 

FRI 5.30am - 6.30am:  

 

SHAPE BUTTS through kicks/skipping/rowing/short runs

& heavier dumbbell work 4 legs & Advanced Stretching!

 

 

 

EVENINGS

 

TUES 5.30pm – 6.30pm:

 

Improve your Running with Sprints & Interval training + Body weight strength/toning, Core Stability & Boxing!

 

TUES 6pm- 7pm:  

 

Body weight strength/toning, Core Stability[2nd half of 1st hour] & 30 mins Kick Boxing!

 

THURS 5.30pm – 6.30pm:

 

Improve your Running with Sprints, Stairs, Hills & more plus Dumbbell strength/toning!

 

THURS 6pm- 7pm:

 

Dumbbell strength/toning, Core Stability[2nd half of 1st hour] & 30 mins Kick Boxing!
