
Sessions are designed for those who want to be Challenged, and get results.
Results are a FITTER, LEANER, FASTER, STRONGER, HAPPIER you!
Sessions include a mix of running, speed and endurance, strength, stability, flexibility, core conditioning, stationary rowing and some kickboxing.
At the start of the Challenge program you will be measured and then re-measured every 4-weeks.
You will be challenged and tested in every session over a mix of the above where your results are always recorded and compared to your personal best.
You will receive direct feedback on these results along with the encouragement to keep you progessing and motivated!
How it works
- All sessions run for 1 hour
- Sessions are conducted at South Bank Parklands
- An E-mail will be sent the day before to confirm the exact location
- All training equipment is provided, please bring your own water
- Participants to wear comfortable clothing and training shoes
- Training fees are due at the start of the program
- BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL
