enduro have 3 options to assist you in getting the right balance of calories to reach your goals.

 

Food Plan-$20

Your daily REE [Recommended Energy Expenditure] is evaluated for you and a balanced food plan is provided.

A food and drink rating sheet is also provided which you can make copies of and use to check in each week to make sure you are on track with your goals.

 

 

Nutritional Analysis & Food Plan-$60

Your daily REE [Recommended Energy Expenditure] is evaluated for you and a balanced food plan is provided based on a thorough analysis of what you are currently eating . You also get a report back showing the balance of Carbs/Protien/Fat you are currently having and feedback/tips on how you can bring the balance to where it should be.

This is a fantastic tool for seeing how your calories add up and how easy it is to rebalance.
