enduro Super Challenge

The 12 week Super Challenge is designed specifically for those wanting to take that next step with their fitness and well being. The Challenge will take you on a personal journey and show you how to get the most from your strength, your endurance, your flexibility and your ability to convert effort into results.
Each session runs for 2 hours on a Saturday and includes;
Running- Enjoy the views that South Bank has to offer whilst you improve your run times over a course that is mapped out from the start, and revisited every 4 weeks. In between the 4 weeks your running times will be improved through various running and sprinting drills. You will be amazed at how much faster you can go and how much easier and enjoyable running can be!
Strength-With the progressive strength program used, based on body weight and light weight training you will get stronger and more toned, thereby increasing your metabolism, meaning you will burn more calories even while you are resting!
Kick Boxing-See your results in action. Your hard work will be evident in the strength and speed of your punches, kicks and all combinations, not to mention the high-intensity fat-burning session!
Advanced stretching-Relax your body and be ready for anything with 15 minutes devoted to the best stretching techniques at the end of every session. Watch your flexibility improve!
Build your own profile-have your measurements, body percentages, photos and results recorded and displayed back to show you what all your hard work has resulted in! All presented in your own folder to keep at the end of your 12 week journey!

How it works:
· A Super Challenge session runs for 2 hours
· All sessions are conducted from South Bank Parklands
· All equipment is provided however you can bring your own gloves for Kickboxing
· Participants to wear comfortable clothing, training shoes and please bring your own water
· Sessions are made up of females and Males of any fitness level
· BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL

Food Plan and Current Food Analysis
& see your results happen faster!
*Minimum 12 week commitment (7days a week plan).
In your current food analysis we access where your calories are coming from now and give you feedback on how the carbs, fats and proteins are amounting to and show you where to improve, what you are doing right etc.
The food plan is then designed specific to your goals and exercise activity to make sure you are getting enough carbs, proteins and fats and in the right amounts.
Your food plan is monitored and updated throughout the 12 weeks.

Conditions-All sessions must be attended to receive the full benefit that the Super Saturday Challenge is offering.
Only those who have holidays booked and/or commitments in advance can make up missed sessions.
Each session you miss can be used at 2 of any other morning or afternoon Enduro Sessions.
Dates are to be notified to Enduro Fitness before the start of the 12-week Challenge.
Monthly installments are to be paid by 3* payments by EFT or cash. The total 12 week fees is due irrespective of if you discontinue the program unless a medical certificate is received and/or exceptional circumstance arises that you can not continue (at Enduros discretion). An admin fee applies to any cancellations as above.
