enduro Group Training

Sessions include, endurance (Short run, sprints, stairs), strength (squats, push-ups, lunges, dips etc), core stability (Ab work) and some kick Boxing!

 

Tues 5.30pm

- Kickboxing, Endurance, Strength and Core Stability

Kickboxing-up to half the session will cover a whole body cardio Kickboxing workout based on Mauy Thai Kickboxing techniques such as elbows, knees, punches & kicks

Endurance-Running (up to 400m,), stairs, sprints, hills, shuttle runs etc

Strength- Body weight exercises such as push ups, triceps, squats etc

                           Core Stability- Ab work; crunches, leg raises, crunch throws etc

 

Wed 5.30pm

                                                            - Endurance, Strength, Core Stability and sometimes Kickboxing

Endurance-Running (up to 5km,), stairs, sprints, hills, shuttle runs etc

Strength- Body weight exercises such as push ups, triceps, squats etc

- Dumbbell weight session e.g. Squats, lunges, push press, bicep curls etc

Core Stability- Ab work; crunches, leg raises, crunch throws etc          

Kickboxing-Sometimes Kicks will be included but not every week

 


 

How it Works

·  A Group Training session goes for 50 minutes,

·  All sessions are conducted at the Cultural forecourt, South Bank Parklands,

·  All equipment is provided however you can bring your own gloves,

·  Participants to wear comfortable clothing, training shoes and please bring your own water,

·  Sessions are made up of Males and Females of any fitness level,

·  BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL

 


 COST-

*Kickboxing Session passes can be used for Group Training and/or Kick Boxing.
