• Sports massage will be best tailored towards those people requiring pre and post activity massage to help promote blood flow and neural activity and performance.
• Remedial massage helps relieve any area of the body that you may have specific problems or tightness – even if you are not sure what is causing your discomfort.
• Deep Tissue massage is used to get to the underlying layers of muscle and tissue that are often overlooked as they have been hiding beneath the superficial layers of fascia and muscle.

Our team of 13 male and female Massage Therapists all perform the above services and will work within your pain parameters to go as hard or light as you instruct them to. They will problem solve your injuries with you and help you understand the contributing factors to your problem areas. They will give you a clear outline on how you can get back to feeling great, or how you can maintain your current healthy state.
