ADD FLAVOUR WITH LEMON!

Looking to add flavour to your meals without adding more calories?
Try squeezing lemon juice over your Steamed veggies with a little cracked pepper to add in more flavour, the healthy way! Add to lean grilled or baked chicken, beef or pork for a healthy and delicious quick meal.

Alternatively, bake chicken or fish in a baking dish lined with aluminium foil.
Squeeze 1 lemon (more depending on quantity of chicken or fish, to cover bottom of dish) over chicken and add cracked pepper, sliced onion rings or shallots, sliced garlic  and tomato (or any other combination you can think of, including mushrooms and/or fresh herbs) as well as a sliced chili. Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked .
Serve  with steamed vegies and pour remaining lemon juice over vegies.
Yummy and healthy!
For those after some carbs as well bake a small potato in the oven and add a tablespoon of ricotta cheese, cracked pepper and shallots for that bit extra.
