ENDURO CHALLENGER

Sessions are designed to keep your muscles guessing & your calolries burning!

Results are a FITTER, LEANER, FASTER, STRONGER, HAPPIER you!

Sessions include a mix of running-speed and endurance, strength, stability, flexibility, core conditioning, stationary rowing and some kickboxing. See timetable for breakdown of each session.

 How it works

  • All sessions run for 1 hour
  • Sessions are conducted at South Bank Parklands
  • An E-mail will be sent the day before to confirm the exact location
  • All training equipment is provided, please bring your own water
  • Participants to wear comfortable clothing and training shoes
  • Training fees are due at the start of the program
  • BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL
