Kickboxing;
"I was never much of an exercise person, then a friend and I started kickboxing with Mike about 18 months ago, one night a week. Since then, I have attended regularly two nights a week, plus I've joined the gym and become an exercise junkie, and have lost over 10kgs. Kickboxing is still my absolute favourite exercise and I wouldn't miss it - the classes are fun, there is lots of variety, I love the high energy exercise, Mike has a great sense of humour and is always encouraging, and I've made friends with the rest of the group. "I first started training with Mike & the Enduro team nearly four years ago now. I had my own exercise routine in place; however I needed something with a bit more structure to push myself to that next level. I was never really much good at running, but now I can run 6kms to 8kms and I'm aiming for the 12km Bridge to Brisbane. I've met some great people through Enduro and really enjoy the twice weekly sessions, in particular the boxing. My overall fitness level has improved significantly. I even have my husband training with us now!"
