Take your Fitness, Flexibility, Strength, Co-ordination and Confidence to new levels, whilst having heaps of fun and meeting new friends!

Sessions include all Thai Kick Boxing techniques including Kicks, Punches, Knees, and Elbows, Basic Self-defence and abdominal work.

You can go from not knowing how to throw a good punch or kick, to completing an 8-punch and kick combination in 8 weeks!

The Kick Boxing program used by Enduro is proven to be one of the
best forms of stress-relief and weight-loss available!

 


  How it Works

  • A Kick Boxing session runs for 1 hour,
  • All sessions are conducted at the Cultural forecourt, South Bank Parklands,
  • Boxing equipment is provided however you can bring your own gloves,
  • Participants to wear comfortable clothing, training shoes and please bring your own water,
  • Sessions are made up of Males and Females of any fitness level,
  • BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL
