How it Works
A Kick Boxing session runs for 1 hour,
All sessions are conducted at the Cultural forecourt, South Bank Parklands,
Boxing equipment is provided however you can bring your own gloves,
Participants to wear comfortable clothing, training shoes and please bring your own water,
Sessions are made up of Males and Females of any fitness level,
