NEW ENDURO STARTERS

A New session to enduro for those getting back into fitness after a long break or just new to it!

Take your Fitness, Flexibility, Strength, Co-ordination and Confidence to new levels, whilst having heaps of fun and meeting new friends!

Sessions include walking and/or jogging, Core stability, Toning through various light weights or body weight exercises, and Boxing finished with Advanced stretching for flexibility!

 


  How it Works

  • An Enduro Starters session runs for 45 minutes,
  • All sessions are conducted at South Bank Parklands
  • Boxing equipment is provided however you can bring your own gloves,
  • Participants to wear comfortable clothing, training shoes and please bring your own water,
  • Sessions are made up of Males and Females of any fitness level,
  • BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL
