NEW ENDURO STARTERS
A New session to enduro for those getting back into fitness after a long break or just new to it!
Take your Fitness, Flexibility, Strength, Co-ordination and Confidence to new levels, whilst having heaps of fun and meeting new friends!
Sessions include walking and/or jogging, Core stability, Toning through various light weights or body weight exercises, and Boxing finished with Advanced stretching for flexibility!
How it Works
An Enduro Starters session runs for 45 minutes,
All sessions are conducted at South Bank Parklands
Boxing equipment is provided however you can bring your own gloves,
Participants to wear comfortable clothing, training shoes and please bring your own water,
Sessions are made up of Males and Females of any fitness level,
BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL
