Testing will be conducted on all of the following on weeks 1, 5 and 10 of the Challenge. The other weeks we train to improve those results!
Running- There will be 2 distances covered; 4km & 800-1000m.
Strength- Numerous tests including some with dumbbells, will be carried out under the supervision of Enduro trainers.
Flexibility- The Sit and Reach test will be measured and is an invaluable tool with helping us monitor your hamstring, calf, hips and lower back flexibility.
Personal profile-have your measurements, body weight, percentages and photos recorded and displayed back to show you what all your hard work has resulted in!
Plus you receive a CD containing tips on Exercise, Food and Healthy recipes.
Kick Boxing-Will be used for variety on the non-testing weeks and while you won’t be tested on Kick Boxing, the session will really test you! All gloves and mitts are provided, however you can bring your own gloves if you have them.
Advanced stretching-Through the 10 weeks you will learn more effective ways of stretching which is an integral part of any fitness regime.

Team Shirt or Singlet-Receive your very own team Challenger shirt or singlet @ week 2 or 3. Size charts will be provided, orders to be confirmed at first Saturday in program.

Have your cake and eat it too Seminar and cooking lesson- teaches you the values of the most popular treats and also how to fit “cake” into your daily calorie budget, learn how to cook a quick and easy dinner recipe to get you started!
