SATURDAY SUPER CHALLENGE
2 HOUR SUPER CHALLENGE
-Commit to improving your fitness no matter what level you are starting at!
Throughout the 10 weeks we will build your running distance up to your choice of 3, 5 OR 8km.
Session also covers Core Strength, Total Body Strengthening through Body weight and Dumbbell exercises, Kick Boxing & Flexibility.
Be Timed, Tested, Measured and Weighed on weeks 1, 5 and 10.
The best part of the Super Challenge is you have all of these measures recorded and displayed back to you in your own Individual Profile along with feedback and tips on how to improve.

By august 2008 After many stops and starts with my fitness and health both my sisters had roped me into the 12 week challenge with Mike and Lennita. The first testing was such a shock to the system and I hurt like hell for the next few days but I felt so good and embarrassed at my lack of fitness that all I wanted to do was prove to these people that yeah I was big but I could run 5km and endure all that strength testing with good results.
I pushed my self at the gym with my sisters keep me focused and encouraging me all the way. Enduro also helped me change my diet and adapt a healthier lifestyle. I cut down on my drinking big time and by the end of the 12 weeks I felt like a new person.

WHAT TO EXPECT;
Running- 3 distances offered; 3, 5 & 8km
Run at your own pace as you are encouraged, trained & motivated to get faster & smash your initial time in 10 weeks!
Strength- Numerous tests including some with dumbbells are carried out under the supervision of Enduro trainers on week 1, 5 & 10 while the remaining weeks a variety of body weight & dumbbell exercises to increase your strength & improve muscle tone are done.
Kick Boxing-Is used for variety on the non-testing weeks & while you aren’t tested on Kick Boxing, the session will test you! All gloves and mitts are provided, however you can bring your own gloves if you have them.
Flexibility- The Sit and Reach test is measured and is an invaluable tool with helping us monitor your hamstring, calf, hips and lower back flexibility from which we can recommend and show you in Advanced Stretching ways to improve or maintain you flexibility.
Advanced stretching-Through the 10 weeks you will learn more effective ways of stretching which is integral to any fitness regime.
Personal profile-Your measurements, body weight, percentages & fitness testing is recorded & displayed back via email in your own private file to show you what all your hard work has resulted in

How it works
- A Super Challenge session goes for 2 hours
- Sessions are conducted at South Bank Parklands
- An E-mail will be sent the day before to confirm the exact location
- All training equipment is provided, however you can bring your own gloves
- Participants to wear comfortable clothing and training shoes, and bring your own water
- Sessions are made up of female and males of any fitness level
- BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL
